Kingdom Falls - Site Navigation - Legalities
A lot of hard work went into making Kingdom Falls,
and I intend to make sure the work done by me and my fellow staff members is
secured and not used by anyone who feels the need to hawk our work.
If you are reported to me for violation of any of these rules, I will deal with you in the proper legal manner.
Images
All the images used on KF, from the news avatars to the layout pictures, are all owned
by either Andre, my co-webmaster, or Square Enix. Do not take any pictures made by staff off my
site for your personal use without getting my direct permission first.
Bandwidth
I know many people, who to save space on their own site, would link files from other peoples'
bandwith and put on their site and place ownership over it. I will not tolerate any bandwith
feeding whatsoever, if you wish to use anything off my site, you must first get my approval,
and then upload it to your own webspace.
Content
All the content on SG has been personally written by one of its many staff members,
and therefore, belongs and is copyrighted to them. Using the view source option and
stealing the HTML is completely unacceptable, along with copying off any written parts of
the site for your own gains. If you wish to use it, e-mail me for my approval.

Kingdom Hearts and the other game series we cover are copyrighted to Square Enix. We are in no way, shape,
or form affiliated or funded by them. All custom graphics, layout, and staff written content
is copyrighted to Kingdom Falls and its staff and it is not to be taken without permission from the webmaster.
Follow these rules and you will be fine in my eyes. If you wish to use something extremely badly
and can't get or create it yourself, then contact me via email. I will work out a deal with
you and probably at most require you to give me some credit wherever KF's content is used on your site,
but I still require you to contact me first.
